Nativity of Our Savior Catholic School

It's hard to believe how fast our kids grow up!  In the blink of an eye, our kindergarteners become our eighth graders!  Our eighth grade students are truly stars at Nativity!  After years of excellent education and high expectations, they shine in our school.  They are afforded the most privileges and at the same time given the most responsibilities. 

Our eighth grade students follow Indiana Academic Standards, take the ISTEP+ test, and take the AlgebraI End of Course Assessment.  Our eighth graders are held to the highest standards and are given such responsibilities as being "buddies" to our kindergarteners and playing bells during special programs.  These students are also responsible for the recycling program, Living Stations, fundraising, and many other activities that teach responsibility, pride, and fellowship.  These students are rewarded each year with a culminating trip to our nation's capital, Washington D.C.  Each year our eighth grade students are ready upon graduation for high school and beyond.  For information about our eighth grade, please contact the office or our teacher at 8th@nativitystars.info.
